Not sure If I should fix something, replace battery, although I have spend money on fixing this computer and think this trend wont really stop. Not sure if I have killed this charger as well or the battery is to blame or something elseĬomputer platsic and overall condition is pretty heavily used, everyday for 5 years will do that I guess. Now the battery has run down, and even after multiple tries I cannot get it to charge. This last time, my computer was getting low on battery and the charger was super hot, so hot the adpator burn my fingers so I took it out. Also charger powers on and off at random times. have also experienced a few times the little light being on but not shining very bright. Over the last few weeks, the charger has been wokring to charge to computer only sometimes, with me having to re´connnect it multiple times to get it charging and has also gotten very hot. The insulation around the charger adaptor point on the computer is almost completely worn away, I cleaned it a few times and thought this might have something to do with the problem.Īlso note the battery seemed to have charged fine and lifespan off the charger has not been any less than perfect. brought a new charger 60W and of course, as this worked fine I didnt even think to check the health of the battery. a few months ago my older charger totally blew out and was burnt at the connection point of the charger plug into the computer. Its perfomrance has been slowly declinind over the last year.
